LedBy Foundation is India’s first leadership and professional development incubator dedicated to empowering Indian Muslim women. It was incubated at Harvard University and launched with the mission of closing the opportunity gap that prevents many talented Muslim women from advancing in careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Through fully-funded programs — such as the Accelerator, Corporate Leaders Fellowship, and Shepreneur — LedBy provides participants with real-world skills, mentorship, networks, and confidence needed to succeed professionally and lead with impact. Their programs combine workshops, coaching, and community-building to expand opportunities and representation across sectors. Driven by a vision of an equitable India where Muslim women can fully contribute to the workforce and economy, LedBy creates a supportive ecosystem that transforms education into empowerment and opens pathways to meaningful careers and leadership roles.
