Without the right networks, guidance, or exposure, every step forward felt uncertain. Opportunities remained just out of reach and pathways unclear.

At LedBy, we are working to change this by bridging the gap between education and employment for Indian Muslim women. Through fully funded leadership and professional development programs, we ensure Indian Muslim Women have the skills, mentorship, and networks they need to access meaningful work and grow into leadership roles. We connect them to mentors and role models, build professional networks, and open pathways to recruiters so that talent translates into opportunity.
When women like Sana step into the workforce with confidence and support, they do not just transform their own futures. They expand what is possible for their communities and for India’s workforce.
Our impact so far:
- 50,000+ women reached across India through programs, workshops, and networks
- 1,200+ graduates from intensive leadership programs
- ₹45 crore+ increase in annual income unlocked for participants
- 80%+ of participants enter or stay in the workforce
- 10X return on philanthropic capital through sustained income growth
And this is just the beginning.
Our goal is to reach 1 million women by 2030, unlocking their potential to transform not just their own futures, but their communities and India’s workforce at large.
